Job Title: Senior Engineering Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior recruitment specialist with a background in civil engineering or architecture to lead our India recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and candidates.

  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for India clients in the civil engineering/architecture domain.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in ATS or CRM systems.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and talent markets in civil engineering and architecture.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Preferred experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
