We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support our recruitment process and ensure the smooth operation of our core HR functions. As an HR Trainee, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment. They should possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
  • Utilizing various channels to attract top tech talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

In addition to recruitment, this role will also oversee:

  • The onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and induction programs.
  • Leave and attendance management, processing leave requests, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Employee relations, serving as the first point of contact for queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR matters.
  • Data management, maintaining and updating employee information in the HRIS with high accuracy.
  • Compliance, ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A proven track record of 1-2 years in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
  • A deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
