Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance & accounts function. This role is pivotal in driving strategic financial planning, governance, and business partnering to support long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with proven leadership in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall finance function including accounting, FP&A, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits.
  • Partner with business leaders on investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
  • Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team to build a high-performance culture.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.

Proven team leadership experience (not an IC role).

Experience in auditing, financial controlling, governance, and compliance.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.

Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.

Exposure to global finance practices and investor relations.
