Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and drive the placement of our skilled developers with IT companies. This is a full-time, performance-driven role that requires solid experience in IT sales, staffing, or client acquisition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, pitching our remote developers, and ensuring successful placements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and connecting with HRs, Founders, CTOs, and Hiring Managers in IT companies (India & USA).
  • Pitching Oxcytech's remote developers for hiring (not projects).
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Working closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.
  • Participating in daily sync-ups with the leadership team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
  • A strong network in IT companies (India and/or USA market).
  • A clear understanding of remote developer hiring.
  • The ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycles.
