As an Electronics Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our team that solves complex problems to enhance the flying experience. Our Supply Specialist II will play a vital role in achieving this mission.

The Electronic Test team is responsible for electronic test activities on avionics engineering programs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating the Aero lab across different sites, ensuring that all test solutions and equipment are up-to-date with calibration and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the Aero lab layout to create space for upcoming programs
  • Plan electrical and mechanical requirements of different labs across sites and support deployment of test benches
  • Coordinate with users and product teams to understand test solution needs and map competitive landscapes
  • Cable fabrication, soldering, lab equipment handling, and ESD control
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments, tools, and test equipment like DMMs, analyzers, etc.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of industry experience in lab management with hands-on experience in equipment calibration, testing, and maintenance
  • Diploma or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills, influencing, and negotiation abilities
