
Pre-Clinical Pathology Lab Expert

As a key member of our pathology lab team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of pre-clinical studies. Your core responsibilities include planning and executing blood collection from various laboratory animals, monitoring anesthesia/euthanasia of lab animals, and preparing for necropsy examinations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute blood collection from laboratory animals
- Monitor anesthesia/euthanasia of laboratory animals
- Prepare and conduct necropsy examinations
- Conduct histopathological slide reading for toxicity and efficacy studies
- Monitor tissue trimming, processing, block making, sectioning, slide staining, and histopathological slide preparation
Additional Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control checks for biochemical analysis
- Control and supervise the maintenance and operation of histopathology-related instruments
- Review in-house test results and participate in pharmacological evaluation projects
Working closely with the team, you will ensure the smooth execution of projects and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols.
