Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data management and Python programming, with a strong understanding of clinical lab data expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in laboratory data management and work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

The successful candidate will have the ability to take up independent tasks or provide inputs for ongoing study requirements, and will be responsible for creating and reviewing data management documents.

  • Develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with LDM team.
  • Serve as back-up for other Data Team Leads.
  • Interact with internal and external team members to negotiate timelines and responsibilities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in DM expertise.
  • Ensure service and quality meet agreed upon timelines and deliverables in data transmission agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.E., B.Tech, B.Pharm) in Computer Science with Software Configuration and Validation experience required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively broker business and interpersonal relationships that lead to positive outcomes and successful business results.
