Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Cell Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our solar cell manufacturing process, from production to quality assurance. They will work closely with the engineering and maintenance teams to initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical, technical, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Production & Output Responsibility: Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to SOPs.
  • Solar/Chemical Industry/Mechanical Experience: Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Engineering & Trials Management: Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility: Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge & Documentation: Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Manpower Management & Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
