Job Description

The Reservation Executive plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day hotel booking process, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include interacting with clients via phone and email to obtain hotel bookings, processing and confirming bookings in a timely manner, and communicating updates to clients promptly.

This role requires attention to detail and organizational skills to manage an ongoing daily process efficiently.

Additionally, the Reservation Executive is responsible for generating monthly or fortnightly reports on all bookings and sharing them with clients in their prescribed format, providing valuable insights into operational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented and organized, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is also essential.
