Customer Service Representative

Title: Customer Accounts Representative I
Location: India
As a key member of the Mouser Electronics team, you will work closely with the Customer Service Department and corporate Customer Accounts Department in Texas, USA, to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process order releases, new account setups, credit investigations, and collection contacts to ensure timely and accurate credit information to customers.
- Provide company credit services via telephone, internet, email, mail, and fax, meeting specified credit department objectives.
- Process credit applications, perform credit searches, and offer customers credit terms and limits according to policy and procedure.
- Communicate with customers and other departments within Mouser to resolve account issues, pending orders, invoice discrepancies, and customer account reconciliations.
- Process Service Orders and submit EDI and portal invoices to customers designated paths.
- Determine customer needs and plan, making suggestions and pursuing customer accounts possibilities beyond customer-initiated requests.
- Work effectively with customers to collect outstanding accounts and communicate with appropriate personnel regarding potential and existing problem accounts.
- Possess and be familiar with working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems.
- Understand and correctly work with multiple currencies.
Requirements:
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Native language.
- PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software.
