About the Role

As a Senior Manager of Fuel Accounting, you will be responsible for leading a team in Bangalore and overseeing the accounting management objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, assign, coach, and communicate with employees to achieve accounting management objectives.
  • Review and analyze fuel and non-fuel customer billing, as well as related accounting and reporting.
  • Develop and streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Investigate and communicate issues to U.S. management related to accounting data.
  • Monitor balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls over accounting procedures.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of accounting management and reconciliation experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, sumifs, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with Oracle or SAP a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete projects within specific deadlines.
  • Strong computer, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Collaborative and ability to drive impact in a highly matrixed environment.
