Fuel Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fuel Biller. This role is responsible for maintaining control over assigned fuel carriers and ensuring accurate billing to Wholesale and Consignment locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain BOL and Delivery Ticket paperwork for assigned carriers.
  • Billing all sites associated with their assigned carriers.
  • Ensuring all deliveries are billed according to the daily Unbilled spreadsheet.
  • Researching tank loss issues for Inventory Accountant.
  • Researching CRM cases involving assigned carriers.
  • Collaborating with Fuel Supply to ensure correct products are being pulled.
  • Utilizing Axxis and dealer price letters for accurate billing.
  • Working with Fuel AP to ensure accurate billing and meeting monthly deadlines.
  • Assisting with unbilled reconciliations and other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role:

This position involves working with multiple stakeholders, including Inventory Accountants, Fuel Supply teams, and Fuel AP teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
