Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  2. Work with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  3. Support identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining influencer relationships.
  4. Assist in reviewing influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  5. Coordinate with departments like creative and business development for smooth campaign execution.
  6. Manage talent schedules and availability for client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  7. Work closely with the creative and strategy teams for campaign alignment with brand objectives and influencers' strengths.
  8. Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  9. Identify and onboard new talent, managing high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and industry trends alignment.
  10. Build strong relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt concern resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience of 6 months - 1 year in artist/influencer management
