Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Head to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python-based applications.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions using MongoDB, Redis, FastAPI, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate React-based frontends and backend services, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality code.

Additionally, you will work closely with data platforms including Impala for high-performance querying and Autosys for job scheduling.

With strong leadership skills, you will mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable Python-based applications.
  • Architect and implement solutions using MongoDB, Redis, FastAPI, and containerization tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate React-based frontends and backend services.
  • Work with data platforms including Impala and Autosys.
  • Mentor and manage a team of developers.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of total experience, 10+ years hands-on experience in advanced Python development and design patterns.
  • Strong experience in MongoDB, Redis, FastAPI, and containerization.
  • Solid understanding of React Framework and frontend-backend integration.
  • Familiarity with Impala, Autosys, and distributed systems.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is mandatory.
