Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client invoices, process vendor bills, expense entries, payment follow-ups using accounting software like Tally and Zoho Books.
  • Ensure compliance with various GST Returns (GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, and GSTR 9) and GST Reconciliation.
  • Maintain accounts independently, including reconciliation of bank statements, vendor/customer reconciliations, and preparation of monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Work on monthly/annual closing assignments and have knowledge of Balance sheet and ITR preparation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, GST, and TDS fillings.
  • Sound knowledge of GST and TDS Provisions.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and preparing Financial Statements.
  • Ability to handle accounting as per Indian Laws and adhere to various timelines.
  • Hardworking individual willing to work on a long-term basis, taking responsibility and handling work independently under minimal guidance.
  • Knowledge of Excel is essential.
  • Ideal candidate holds a M.Com/B.Com Degree/ICWA with 0-3 years of experience in the Maintenance of Accounts or similar role with 2-3 years of experience.
