Job Opportunity: Financial Leadership Role

 

As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for spearheading our Master Data Management (MDM) and Shared Service Center (SSC) initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth and improvement in our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement MDM solutions to enhance the efficiency of finance and accounting processes in the SSC environment.
  • Manage technology decisions related to client MDM environments, interpreting requirements and architecting MDM solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end solution architecture for MDM, including data model definition, refinement, quality assessment, remediation design, migration strategy, stewardship, process, and system interaction design.
  • Utilize MDM technologies and tools across companies to enable master data management and integration.
  • Work with automation technologies like RPA and have in-depth knowledge of SAP (HANA).
  • Lead project simplification and automation initiatives, identifying gaps in existing processes and driving closure through automation in SSC verticals.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder management strategies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

 

Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter or MBA Finance degree.
  • 7-10 years of experience in SSC environments and SAP technologies.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to drive transformation initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
