Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.

Job Description:

A Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Python.

The ideal candidate will have experience in AI/ML development, strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and numerical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Data Visualizations: Create interactive dashboards and reports to provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and Automate Dashboards: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining and automating existing dashboards.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide metrics analytics to enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
  • Develop Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs to stakeholders on data visualization and analytics best practices.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Business Intelligence Developer, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-9 Years of Experience: In Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
  • AI/ML Development Experience: Develop AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Azure ADF, Excel Macro, RPA, and Data Exploration: Proficient in using these tools to extract insights from data.
  • Ability to Perform Feature Engineering, Normalize Data, and Build Correlation Maps: Able to perform advanced data analysis tasks.
