Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced backend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ruby on Rails and JavaScript front-end technologies, as well as excellent project and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting problems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing new programs, products, or features. They will also work collaboratively with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10-14 years of experience with primary expertise in Ruby on Rails and familiarity with JavaScript front-end technologies.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
  • Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
