Job Title: Education Ambassador

 

We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to join our team as education counselors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide prospective students on various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our institution.
  • Provide expert advice on program selection and the admission process.
  • Manage records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Collect and consolidate participant feedback regularly.
  • Record, manage, and act on assigned leads from various sources with precision.
  • Support students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach.
