We are seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of influencer ecosystems in the female beauty, skincare, and grooming space. They will be responsible for managing influencer collaborations and campaigns end-to-end to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

This role involves building and executing influencer marketing strategies tailored to our beauty, skincare, & grooming categories. The candidate will identify, onboard, and manage beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators. They will plan and run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing initiatives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with brand and creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure alignment. They will monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives. A structured influencer database with performance metrics is also a must.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ~ 2–3 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably with beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands.
  • ~ Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies.
  • ~ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
