Azure PostgreSQL Database Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in managing and optimizing database systems. This role requires a strong understanding of Azure PostgreSQL and SQL Server Application DBA tasks, as well as experience with quality control functionality for business rules (logic) in database.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, developing, and managing pipelines using Database Technologies, including migrating business rules from one DB technology to another.

They should also be able to collaborate closely with the Application and Databricks team members to develop robust data solutions that support our security initiatives.

Additionally, they must implement, monitor, and optimize data processes, ensuring adherence to security and data governance best practices.

Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues, ensuring data quality and accessibility, is also essential.

This position requires excellent command of English, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in managing Database driven application and pipeline development using Azure PostgreSQL and SQL Server Database.

A strong understanding of security principles in the context of data is crucial, along with the ability to write, debug, and optimize data transformations and datasets.

Experience in designing and implementing ETL solutions using Azure Database or similar technologies, as well as proficiency with CI/CD set for database objects release management, are highly desirable.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Database driven application and pipeline development using Azure PostgreSQL and SQL Server Database
  • Strong Understanding of Security Principles in Data Context
  • Ability to Write, Debug, and Optimize Data Transformations and Datasets
  • Extensive Experience in Designing and Implementing ETL Solutions using Azure Database or Similar Technologies
  • Proficiency with CI/CD Set for Database Objects Release Management
