Job Title: Resiliency Specialist

This is a pivotal role that involves conceiving and executing testing strategies to ensure the fault tolerance, system recovery, and high availability of enterprise-grade applications and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining test plans, scripts, and scenarios to validate system resiliency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies
  • Design and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios
  • Perform stress, load, chaos, and failure testing
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights
  • Conduct root cause analysis on test failures
  • Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database management systems
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Rational Performance Tester
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python and Java
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
