Out-of-Hours Shift Manager

As a key member of our team, the OOH Specialist will be responsible for managing shifts during out-of-hours periods and ensuring seamless communication with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective shift management during out-of-hours periods.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address candidate and client enquiries.
- Strategic management of new agency booking requests received during OOH hours.
- Efficient uploading of shifts to the CRM system from various sources.
- Proactive chasing of candidates for shift availability.
- Accurate review of client rotas and matching shifts in the CRM system.
- Timely management of late logins and cancellations that occur during OOH hours.
- Support to the compliance team as needed.
- Chasing of compliance documents from working candidates over weekends.
- Continuous monitoring of client portals and emails throughout the day.
This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:This position involves rotational shifts and offs. The work location is onsite at Ahmedabad.
