TL;DR: We're looking for a brilliant Shopify Manager (3 - 5 years of experience) for a leading US-based growth agency. You'll be the go-to person for keeping multiple Shopify stores happy and humming along beautifully. You'll build pages that actually get people buying, launch cool new products, and always find better ways to make things work. Perfect for someone who loves jumping between different brands, spots problems before they get messy, and gets a kick out of being the person who always has the answer.
Role Type: Full-time role (40 hours per week), Fully-remote (3 pm - 12 am IST)
Salary range: ₹12L - ₹15L per year (in-hand after tax)
What you'll do:
- Build landing pages and product pages that turn browsers into buyers (and watch those conversion rates climb)
- Launch shiny new collections and run sales that actually get people excited to buy
- Play around with Shopify apps to make products look irresistible and easy to find
- Be the detective who spots when things could work better and actually fix them
- Dig into the numbers to see what's working like magic and what needs a little love
- Keep everything tidy and accurate across multiple stores (because nobody likes finding out their favourite item is actually out of stock)
Who we're looking for:
Someone with 3 - 5 years of experience who has the following skills and traits:
- Knows your way around the essential apps: You're best friends with Launchpad, Replo, and Recharge, and you've played around with Rebuy, Shopify Flows, Matrixify, and all the other fun tools
- Doesn't panic when things get a bit technical: Custom storefronts and basic code tweaks don't scare you – they're just puzzles waiting to be solved
- Actually gets excited about data: You love digging into analytics to see what's working and can spot trends that others miss
- Has that magic touch: You just know what makes people want to click "add to cart" and can make any store feel more irresistible
- Is the organised genius everyone wishes they were: You've got real experience making messy processes work beautifully and can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
Bonus points if you have:
- WordPress experience: Since many clients have diverse tech stacks
- Advanced app knowledge: Experience with Rebuy, Nosto, Algolia, Yotpo, or A/B testing tools like Shoplift/Intelligems
- Email marketing platform experience: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar for integrated campaigns
- Multi-industry exposure: You've worked across fashion, beauty, electronics, and more – basically, you understand that selling skincare is very different from selling gadgets
- SEO knowledge: You get how to make Google fall in love with product pages and collections
- Basic coding skills: You can fix simple HTML/CSS stuff without having to bug the developers every time
