International Admissions & Corporate Partnerships:

  • Represent the school at education fairs, networking forums, and community outreach events.
Parent Engagement & Lead Nurturing:
  • Implement strategic communication plans using email, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.
  • Leverage automation tools to ensure timely and meaningful engagement with prospective families.
  • Support the planning and execution of open houses, info sessions, and promotional events.
Student Retention:
  • Coordinate with faculty and residential teams to address concerns and ensure student and parent satisfaction.

Reporting & Analytics:
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate insights through regular reporting on admissions trends, lead conversion rates, and withdrawals.
  • Use data analytics to recommend and implement improvements in admissions strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in admissions, sales, or client servicing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
