Key Role:

  • Strategic Oversight: Define and implement the strategic direction for admissions, aligning with our institution's mission and growth goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Study admissions processes of other institutions and recommend a suitable model.
  • Admissions Roadmap: Develop an end-to-end admissions roadmap with seamless applicant experience across touchpoints.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to segment target audiences, refine messaging, and optimize conversions across platforms.
  • Policies and Evaluation Frameworks: Lead the design and refinement of admissions policies, templates, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee content strategy across the website, social media, email campaigns, and webinars to support the admissions funnel.
  • Digital Marketing: Design and monitor digital ad campaigns to drive high-quality leads for our PGP program.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing admissions and counselling team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Academic, Placements, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding of each cohort.
  • Campaign Development and Storytelling: Co-create digital campaigns and storytelling strategies with the Marketing team to attract diverse applicants.
  • Counselling Journeys: Design structured counselling journeys that increase applicant satisfaction and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree: Master's degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in admissions, outreach, or sales, with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Skills: Proven track record in scaling admissions systems using digital tools and performance-driven strategies, deep knowledge of digital marketing tools, and excellent team leadership skills.
