Job Opportunity: Clinical Systems Tester

This role requires a flexible and skilled individual to support testing and validation activities within a Decentralized Clinical Trial (DCT) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author and execute test scripts in Veeva EDC, aligned with protocol requirements for accurate data capture and management.
  • Validate workflows across eCOA platforms and IRT systems to ensure seamless interactions and data integrity.
  • Participate in system validation and troubleshooting activities to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with clinical ops, data management, and vendors to identify and address challenges related to data accuracy and system behavior.
  • Review data capture logic and support query testing to ensure the highest level of data quality and reliability.
  • Document test execution results, manage traceability, and support audit-readiness initiatives.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in test processes and DCT systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CDMS (EDC) and a working knowledge of eCOA platforms.
  • Experience with IRT systems and prior involvement in DCT environments, including testing for remote or device-based workflows.
  • Understanding of clinical trial regulatory requirements and a detail-oriented approach with strong documentation and communication skills.
