Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role in our testing activities.

  • To oversee the end-to-end testing process for Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives systems, ensuring functional accuracy, performance, compliance, and integration with trading, clearing, and settlement processes.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Testing Management
    1. Understand trading, risk management, and settlement modules; prepare comprehensive test plans and estimations; manage design, documentation, and execution of test cases; allocate testers; manage defects and bug reporting; coordinate release management; monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    2. Test progress reporting to stakeholders including business, technology, and compliance teams
    3. Participate in Mock Trading and Market Simulation Activities for both Cash and Derivatives segments
    4. Participate in Internal Audit activities of SOP and regulatory compliance checks
    5. Monitor implementation of defined SOPs and exchange guidelines
  2. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with a good academic record
  • At least one testing certification from a reputable institution (preferable)
Preferred Experience
  • 2-3 years managing testing activities in BFSI domain
  • Direct experience in Equity Cash and/or Equity Derivatives exchange systems preferred
  • Familiarity with trading life cycle, order matching engines, market data dissemination, and post-trade processes
Functional Competencies Required
  • Detailed knowledge of exchange trading platforms, clearing and settlement systems, and risk management modules
  • Technical fluency in relevant programming languages and database systems
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements
