As a Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen customer loyalty.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership to build high-performing marketing teams.

  • Develop and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Lead brand management, positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Oversee digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, social media, PR, events to maximize visibility and impact
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success teams to drive go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, identify opportunities, customer insights, emerging trends
  • Build and manage a strong marketing team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development
  • Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and brand engagement
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for campaigns and initiatives
  • Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics and marketing automation tools
  • Oversee creative campaigns and content to engage target audiences and strengthen brand positioning
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to executive leadership discussions and provide insights on marketing strategies to support long-term business growth

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required. MBA preferred.

At least 17 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in senior management/CMO capacity.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in B2B and B2C environments.

Deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation.

Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Marketo.

Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing large budgets and marketing operations at scale.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns.

Preferred skills include technology, SaaS, e-commerce, and product-based industries.

Familiarity with global marketing and managing campaigns across multiple geographies.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, performance marketing strategies, and investor relations.

Exposure to public communications and larger organizations.

Strong network of agencies, media industry professionals, and skills.
