Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Overview of the Role:

The Assistant Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution across residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC segments to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and OEM partners through regular communication and service excellence.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, logistics, service) to ensure timely and successful project completion, meeting customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute HVAC sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, Ducted & Packaged Units).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, technical documents, and commercial offers.
  • Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing (an advantage).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or channel management.
