Key Responsibilities:

  • To meet the following performance measures: premium per executive, case rate, persistency, retention and a high percentage of executives exceeding planned productivity standards.

Objective:

Exceed revenue targets by undertaking joint field work with executives and observing/demonstrating successful selling skills, conducting fortnightly performance reviews, helping executives use the GOLD system for maximizing business from a given target market and supervising daily activity plans to ensure they are fulfilled as per desired levels.

  • Familiarity with insurance products and services.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all executives under supervision perform 100% as per company rules and regulations regarding need-based selling, compliance and customer service. They will also engage with customers to provide quick response to customer queries and assist in direct customer service policyholder's complaint resolution. Additionally, they will educate team/prospects about MNYL products vis-a-vis products of competition to enable them in taking appropriate decisions.
