Snowflake Expert Wanted

Seeking a highly skilled Snowflake professional with hands-on experience in Matillion ETL and deep understanding of Banking, Financial Services domain.

We need someone to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions on Snowflake, ensuring compliance, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize Snowflake data warehouses, schemas, and data-sharing solutions.
  • Create scalable data models supporting BFSI use cases (e.g., regulatory reporting, fraud detection, risk analytics).
  • Build, schedule, and monitor complex data pipelines using Matillion.
  • Optimize ELT workflows for large-scale BFSI data volumes (transactional, customer, risk, and compliance datasets).
  • Implement robust error handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms.
  • Translate Banking data requirements into scalable Snowflake solutions.

Required Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience with over 6 years hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, secure data sharing).
  • Advanced Matillion ETL development skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps integration for data workflows.
  • Deep understanding of financial data models (customer 360, payments, credit/debit, claims, risk, fraud).
  • Exposure to BFSI regulations & compliance in data handling and reporting.
  • Experience delivering analytics for fraud detection, credit risk scoring, AML/KYC.
