About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned data engineering professional to lead full lifecycle implementations of Snowflake platforms, focusing on secure platform setup, cloud integration, and high-performance data pipeline development.

  • Lead the setup and provisioning of Snowflake environments, ensuring robust resource optimization and access control.
  • Design and architect scalable, secure infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Pulumi, targeting AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, integrating with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps, to ensure seamless deployment and testing.
  • Create ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or custom Python solutions, leveraging APIs, SaaS apps, and event streams for data ingestion and transformation.
  • Ensure data security, lineage tracking, and compliance with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive enterprise-grade analytics and AI projects forward.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or platform operations, with a strong foundation in Snowflake performance, security, and cost optimization.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake (3+ years), along with proficiency in SQL, Python, Terraform/YAML, and Git workflows.
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD and DevOps, with experience in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Bonus points for SnowPro Advanced certification, experience with dbt, Fivetran, Informatica, or Matillion, and familiarity with Kafka, Delta Lake, Iceberg, or Databricks.
