Job Title

A full-time remote Junior NOC Engineer is sought after by a leading company to work with A2P Messaging solutions.

This role requires the candidate to monitor and maintain network operations, manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure network security, and provide technical support to clients.

The ideal candidate will be engaged in proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

About the Job:

  • Location: Remote
  • Experience: 1-3 Years
  • Qualifications: Bachelor in Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24X7X365 NOC Support for VAS related issues
  • Manage day to day operations of SMS NOC Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & Troubleshooting
  • New clients interconnect and interconnection testing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis
  • Experience in working at a leading A2P operator would be an advantage
  • Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
