The Role

We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role will involve expanding access to our diagnostic solutions, driving secondary sales, and executing field-based promotional activities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Providing market insights to help estimate demand for specific products
  • Submitting inventory requirements to ASM as per sales plan
  • Executing sales promotion plans through field activation programs
  • Reviewing distribution networks and proposing new distributors or terminations as needed
  • Addressing complaints and suggestions from distributors, dealers, and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or diabetes-related products
  • Proactive, results-driven professional with solid understanding of field sales operations and customer engagement
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
