SAP S/4HANA Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management to lead supply chain transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful projects using SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA SCM modules to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless integration.
  • Participate in project lifecycle phases, including blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, go-live, and support.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide detailed documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Offer post-go-live support and resolve critical issues.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of experience in SAP SCM, including at least 12 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA.
  2. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA simplifications and Fiori apps related to SCM.
  3. Experience in integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, WM) and external planning tools.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  6. SAP S/4HANA certification in SCM, MM, or PP.
  7. Exposure to IBP or Ariba.
  8. Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.
  9. Global rollout or multi-country implementation experience.
