  • Create detailed technical task lists and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Develop innovative approaches for delivering tailored solutions leveraging advanced domain knowledge, technology expertise, and industry exposure.
  • Establish strong professional relationships with Product Management, Analytics, and Technology teams.
  • Collaborate with technical developers, review deliverables, and ensure quality, performance, and completeness.
  • Provide in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must demonstrate a history of successfully building functionally rich, high-performance, scalable, and multi-tenant platforms.

  • Solid experience in building secure platforms.
  • A substantial track record of success in bringing innovative software products to market is a must.
  • Very strong background in Java technologies.
  • Understands platform-level abstractions and can articulate them from user requirements.
  • Capability to maintain a big-picture focus and lead engineering in a rapidly evolving technology marketplace.
  • Enterprise platform experience with both thin and thick client experience.
