Machine Learning Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning expert to lead our AI/ML initiatives. This is an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and drive innovation in cutting-edge projects.

Your primary focus will be on architecting, developing, and deploying ML models into production-ready systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools. Experience integrating ML into real-world products is essential.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of ML engineers and data scientists
  • Architecting and developing ML/AI models
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years in ML/Data Science with 2+ years in leadership
  • Proven expertise in multiple ML domains (CV, NLP, LLMs, regression, classification, time series, geospatial AI)
  • Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools
