Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

We seek a visionary leader to steer our business in mechanical engineering solutions.

The CEO will define the company's strategic direction, drive operational excellence, ensure financial growth, and position the business as a leader in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Define and implement long-term vision and growth roadmap.
    • Lead product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
    • Expand into new markets.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
    • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
    • Maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Financial & Business Performance:
    • Own and deliver P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
    • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
    • Develop new revenue streams.
  • People Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing team.
    • Promote a culture of innovation and accountability.
    • Lead workforce planning and skills development.
  • Stakeholder & Market Engagement:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic decision-making.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Represent the company as an industry leader.

Requirements include a proven success as a CEO or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, deep understanding of mechanical systems and engineering lifecycle, expertise in business strategy and operations, demonstrated success in scaling businesses and entering new markets, degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred, strong leadership and communication skills.

The CEO's performance will be evaluated against measurable outcomes, including financial metrics, revenue growth, EBITDA margin, cash flow management, operational metrics, production efficiency, quality performance, on-time delivery, market growth, innovation, people, sustainability, and compliance.
