Job Description

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Account Payables Operations Manager. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Accounts Payable process, from document management to vendor maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and ensuring timely completion of projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders to implement efficient processes, drive business growth, and maintain high-quality services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Accounts Payable process, including document management, invoice processing, and vendor maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
