Job Summary

As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of industrial projects, including advance manufacturing of chemicals, new energy businesses, automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, and data center projects.


A key responsibility includes preparation of master plans, concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings. Additionally, utilizing 3D platforms like Revit 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion to conceptualize façade and fenestration, interiors, sanitation, and plumbing is crucial.

  • Preparation of Design Basis Report and Room Book creation.
  • Team planning and guidance in developing BIM models meeting LOD requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Site works tender preparation, cost estimation, and procurement assistance.
  • Quality control and review of 3D models, extracting layouts from the model.


Requirements

We are seeking a qualified candidate with 14+ years of experience in industrial projects and 4+ years in Data Center.

  • B.Arch. Degree from recognized university and Registered with COA.
  • Ability to work on schematic/statutory/working drawings and 2D/3D presentations.
  • Knowledge of architectural BOQ & specifications.
