Project Manager for Complex Greenfield Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead and execute complex greenfield projects in the mechanical and/or electrical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Ensure project execution adheres to plans, specifications, and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical oversight for electrical and/or mechanical systems design, installation, and commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
  • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and calculations
  • Lead system design reviews for electrical or mechanical systems

Safety & Quality:

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Implement and oversee quality control and assurance programs
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety and quality standards are met

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management, particularly with greenfield projects
  • Proven track record of managing complex electrical and/or mechanical projects
  • Experience managing project budgets upwards of $100 million
  • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or Primavera

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications
  • Industry experience: Experience in the continuous production manufacturing, cable, or FRP industries (preferred but not mandatory)
