Job Title

A key position within the Maintenance and Turnaround organization oversees a team of maintenance planners, schedulers, and permit writers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrates routine maintenance planning/scheduling activities with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical teams.
  • Collaborates with multiple disciplines to coordinate non-turnaround routine maintenance work scheduling.
  • Provides SME support on planning, estimating, and scheduling for project work.
  • Ensures high-quality work packages in compliance with standards.
  • Delivers quality execution work plans and updates scope status and forecast.
  • Works closely with Operations to integrate schedules into the operating plan.
Requirements:
  • Coordinates non-turnaround routine maintenance work scheduling at the site performed by various crafts.
  • Provides SME support on planning, estimating, and scheduling for Chevron-executed project work.
  • Ensures high-quality work packages in compliance with standards.
  • Drives accountability regarding standard planning and estimating tools and practices.
  • Accountable for planner and scheduler growth and development.
  • Develops tools to streamline cost and execution forecasting accuracy and reports on status at individual project and portfolio level.
  • Works with Construction Services team to integrate Chevron-executed scope into a master project schedule.
