Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement an efficient maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Supervise a team of skilled technicians responsible for the upkeep and repair of electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering equipment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans that ensure the longevity and reliability of facilities and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree in relevant discipline or certifications in Maintenance Management/Facilities Management is advantageous.

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance and repair activities.
  • Effective leadership skills with experience in team management and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations and their application to maintenance.
