Program Structure

Months 1–3: Integrated Training Phase

Work across both business operations and brand development, collaborating on major initiatives.

Months 4–9: Specialization Stream

Transition into your primary specialization (business operations or brand development) while continuing to contribute cross-functionally.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage client pipelines to strengthen outreach and conversion flow.
  • Build and maintain onboarding, planning, and reporting systems.
  • Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and process documentation to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct research and analysis to drive revenue operations and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain brand narrative and marketing communications to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Modularize services into clear, client-friendly offerings.
  • Evolve content systems and frameworks to scale message consistency across platforms.
  • Design strategic assets and research collaborators, platforms, and partners to expand reach.
