Strategic Portfolio Leader

A key opportunity has arisen for an experienced leader to build and lead their own portfolio within a high-performing practice area. This role offers the chance to drive business development at senior levels, influencing hiring strategies across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities will include building and leading their own portfolio, driving business development, delivering on senior mandates, and collaborating with senior leadership to shape strategy and scale their vertical.

Requirements for this role include 8-12 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent advisory, proven success in handling CXO-level mandates, experience in originating or co-owning client relationships, and a strong reputation in the industry.
