Responsibilities:

  • Perform and manage business valuation engagements for financial reporting (US GAAP) and Tax Reporting for various industries.
  • Conduct valuations related to Business Combinations / Purchase Price Allocation, Goodwill Impairments, Gift and Estate Valuation, 409A/Stock Compensation (ASC 718), reviewing of 3rd party valuations, assembling market/guideline/comparable financial and valuation data, Valuation of Equity, Debt, Derivatives etc., Litigation arising out of Shareholder disputes etc., Financial Modelling.

Requirements:

  • CFA, CA, MBA etc. degree or equivalent.
  • Proven hands-on experience in business valuation field.
  • Ability to think laterally and analytically.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Sound independent judgement and great ethical values.
