Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure Identity & Access Management solutions for enterprise environments.
  • Customize IAM systems to meet unique business requirements and compliance mandates.
  • Manage the integration of IAM solutions across on-premise, virtual, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues while ensuring system performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM best practices.
  • Monitor IAM system performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide solutions.
  • Conduct periodic system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM technologies and security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management systems.
  • Proficiency in development, customizations, and configurations of IAM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of technologies and protocols, including:
    • IAM Tools: SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or similar.
    • Programming Languages: Java, Python, or PowerShell.
    • Protocols: LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.
    • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Database Management: SQL, Oracle, or similar databases.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
