Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of Treasury & Markets technology initiatives across India and global teams.
  • Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting for large-scale programs.
  • Oversee multiple agile teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, and data streams.
  • Ensure delivery excellence in system resilience, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Hands-on program management skills are essential for success in this role. You will be deeply involved in execution — architecture reviews, dependency management, release planning, cutover management.

Delivery Excellence:
  • Implement best practices in Agile/Scaled Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native delivery.
  • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define target state architectures.

This is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in modernization and solutioning.

Solutioning & Modernization:
  • Develop and implement roadmaps for microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, real-time data, and cloud solutions.
  • Oversee vendor platforms (Murex, Calypso, FIS, Finastra, TCS BaNCS, Oracle OFS) and internal builds.
AI & Productivity Enablement:
  • Champion the use of AI tools for engineering acceleration (rapid prototyping, test automation, code refactoring).
  • Explore AI-driven approaches for program monitoring, predictive delivery analytics, and risk alerts.
Team Leadership:
  • Build, scale, and manage high-performing delivery teams (25-50+ FTEs) across captive/vendor ecosystems.
  • Partner with global CIO/CTO, business sponsors, and regulators to align delivery with business outcomes.
