Key Responsibilities:

  • We develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • We lead and manage teams to achieve departmental targets.
  • We optimize procurement, inventory, and sourcing processes for cost savings and efficiency.
  • We source products accordingly at group level.
  • We negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality.
  • We finalize vendors, execute agreements, and maintain vendor trackers with cost-benefit analysis.
  • We ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards.
  • We manage inventory to meet production demands while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
  • We continuously explore and develop new vendors to improve rates and services.
  • We monitor costs and analyze performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 13–17 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and supplier management processes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
